Andrea Strazzeri is an HCM Consultant who is responsible for managing product implementations. Her primary goal with each client is ensuring that the client is satisfied and that they have the tools necessary to be successful.

Andrea’s professional experience comes with 17+ years of experience implementing ERP Human Resources Management solutions. Most recently she was Sr. Implementation Consultant implementing Application, Onboarding, Scheduling, Leave Administration and Performance Management systems. In addition, she also has a background in human resources including recruitment, payroll administration, compensation, benefits and legal compliance.

Andrea resides in Florida, with her two children, Enrique and Julia, and her rescue greyhound, Crispie. She speaks three languages and enjoys photography, traveling and gardening.
