In her role as a HCM Consultant, Konica applies her varied and dynamic experience in core HR to all phases of consulting, preparation of solution backlog, data migration and handling post live issues faced by clients. The completion of system configuration is carried out by Konica through thoughtful communication, collaboration and strategic thinking.

Besides a Master graduate in HR, Konica has 3.5 years of experience valuable in recruitment, candidate relationship management, conducting onboarding programs, grievance handling and vendor management. Upon joining FourVision as a HCM Consultant and as such her job lane becoming more technical, she effectively executes IT related job functions.

An Indian national with a heart of a kid residing in the Netherlands, Konica prides herself in being an amazing chef, an exclusive photographer and an avid traveler.
