We introduce a modular approach to Human Resources with FourVision Web Apps for Microsoft Dynamics 365; following Microsoft's approach with their Web Apps.

Our  Web Apps are fully integrated with Azure and ready for the future. They can support companies with their HR process. Timesheet Web App

Efficient and hassle-free time registration so your business runs like clockwork. Maximize efficiency of your employees and simplify time registration with Timesheet. This web-based application provides the ability for your personnel to register time based on projects and activities. Upon time registration the timesheet can be submitted for approval via built-in configurable workflows. With full integration to our Leave and Absence Web App, timesheets will be automatically populated with absences.

Leave and absence Web App

Employees can easily request leave from the comfort of any location with their mobile devices. It contains a calendar view to add to the enhanced user experience.

Line Managers can make use of comprehensive view of their team’s calendars, allowing them to make real-time informed decisions with each leave requests with a concise and responsive user interface. Employees can even have the flexibility to buy or sell leave while supporting the internal leave policies.

Employee self service

Often the way an employee experiences the support of your HR department through an employee self-service site is insufficient. We have developed a rich experience for employees through self-service. The Employee self service Web App provides access to all applications used within your organization.

Of course, this app is based on the Common data service and uses your HR data creating a hub to all connected apps.

Expenses Web App

Speedy and simple reimbursements company expenses are frequent occurrences within a business, but requesting reimbursement can easily turn into a tedious task for employees and in some cases a lengthy one. But it does not have to be. Get rid of dreary paperwork and digitalize the process. With the Expenses App, employees can digitally submit expense requests with attachments and have it routed directly to the allocated manager for reviewal and approval/rejection.

Sickness Web App

Sickness registration is more complex in some countries than in others. For the more complex sickness registration and management situations, we deliver a sickness application with the ability to register and manage sickness processes. This app also integrates with the time registration app where sickness days will appear in the timesheet as prefilled lines. Checklist can be launched, certificates can be uploaded, sickness notification can be per half a day.

Document Management

Although Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent provides the ability to store documents, the FourVision Document Management Web App expands the capabilities by enabling users to link documents to a profile. By linking a profile to a document, you can limit visibility to some employees, a group of employees, all employees,  managers and the HR staff or any combination. All document types are supported to store including Word, PDF and JPG among others.

HR Request Web App

Quite often the Human resources department gets overloaded with related requests from employees, managers and (HR) specialists. Most of these requests are often addressed in big volumes and in an unstructured way, like email, telephone or direct queries from employees at the HR desk. The HR Request Web App structures and monitors all kind of requests while your employees are kept up-to-date about the entire process!

Performance Management Web App

FourVision's Performance Management Web App offers a complete performance experience. Managers have real-time insight in their team's performance and statistics. Employees can easily add and view their performance actions, set up goals and build their own Continue Development Plan (CPD). HR can configure all types of performance reviews or 360 degree reviews to monitor any feedback. The Web App is designed for any mobile device with a browser and Computer.
