Carlos is an HR Cloud Solutions Consultant and is responsible for advising and collaborating with clients of FourVision. He assists in deploying and optimizing their HR and Talent Management strategy.

Before joining FourVision, Carlos worked in several HR consultancy roles. These roles varied from Project Consultant, Business Consultant, and Support Consultant within ERP Cloud solutions such as SAP, SuccessFactors and Peoplesoft. Over the years, Carlos has worked alongside countless customers carrying out analysis, implementation, optimization and support of ERP solutions within the core area of Human Capital Management.

With numerous years in different HR roles under his belt, Carlos has developed a strong interest in how to position ERP Cloud solutions to effectively support an organization’s core process conveying his link between HR and IT.
